2020 OMAA/OML WEBINAR:
2020 OMAA LAW INSTITUTE

MONDAY 20TH 1:00PM-5:00PM THROUGH FRIDAY 24th 1:00PM-5:00PM

This year we will be offering the OMAA Law Institute programs via Interactive Webinars. (The attendees will view the presenters and the slides.) We will offer five 3-hour CIVIL & CRIMINAL sessions, beginning on Monday, July 20, at 1:00 p.m., through Friday, July 24, at 1:00 p.m.

We have applied for 15 hours of GENERAL CLE CREDIT for these sessions – 3 hours of CLE CREDIT each day.

(We will offer ATTORNEY CONDUCT sessions, for 2 ½ hours of Attorney Conduct CLE credit, in August. Details will follow.)

Below is information from the Ohio Supreme Court regarding CLE CREDITS for 2020:
Attorneys with the last names beginning with M-Z, whose reporting period ends on December 31, 2020, may complete all CLE requirements through approved self-study courses, including live interactive webinars.
Attorneys with last names beginning with A-L, who report in the next biennium, also will be able to receive CLE credit for all of the OMAA interactive webinar sessions.

July 20 – 24, 2020 – Total of 15 hours of GENERAL CLE Credit
August, 2020 – Total of 2 ½ hours of ATTORNEY CONDUCT CLE credit. Info for this program will be sent later. The CIVIL and CRIMINAL programs are attached.
