PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
This webinar will give a brief overview of how mobile food establishments have evolved over the
years into modern day “food trucks” and challenges food trucks pose for municipalities. We will review
the most popular approaches municipalities have taken to regulating food trucks through zoning. The
pros and cons of each approach will be discussed and illustrated through recent cases arising out of
food truck zoning regulations.
PRESENTERS: Carly Sherman – Frost Brown Todd LLC
Carly is an associate in Frost Brown Todd’s Government Services practice group. She specializes in
land use and zoning matters litigation and assists government clients with a wide variety of zoning-
related matters. Carly regularly advises clients on zoning text amendments and serves as
government counsel during local meetings and administrative appeals of zoning decisions.
