PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
This webinar will provide an overview of the Ohio Public Records Act and the Ohio Sunshine Law. We will review recent cases and updates on these topics and explore the challenges that public entities face in complying with Ohio Law.
PRESENTERS: Stephen J. Smith, Frost Brown Todd LLC
Stephen's practice is focused solely on representing public entities with the Government Services Group at Frost Brown Todd LLC. He is the Law Director for the City of Grove City and the Village of Obetz. He also serves at Assistant Law Director for the City of Dublin. He is a frequent presenter on a wide range of municipal topics.
