PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
With the ever changing legal landscape at both the state and federal level, it is crucial that employment policies and procedures are continuously updated. This session will provide insight into changes that have occurred at both the state and federal level and how they may impact employment policies and procedures. Some of the areas discussed will include: the impact of Ohio's recently passed concealed carry law, Ohio's medical marijuana and ban-the-box laws; navigating reasonable accommodation law; and leave abuse policies.
