Each session is open to all municipal officials, including mayors, city managers, council members, finance directors, municipal attorneys, etc. Each session is limited to 30 registrants (municipalities). Municipalities are encouraged to set up for the webinar in a conference room, with a speaker phone and a computer screen, and to invite multiple city officials to attend.

This session will explain the salary test changes in DOL regulations and the potential impact. Points to be covered:

The presentation will identify the changes, initial impact and options, and application of the standards to all employees. Practical application examples
will be provided.
