COST: $100 PER REGISTRANT - REGISTRATION LIMITED TO 50

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Drone technology was recently featured on the cover of Time Magazine. The power of this technology to serve

technology, legal issues such as liability, lawful implementation and policing unlawful use are areas of concern.
In this webinar, attendees will learn to understand:
- the history and basics of drone technology
- how drone technology is being implemented now and will be in the future
- the prerequisites and restrictions for legal use of drone technology
- Jurisdictional authority of the Federal, State and Local Governments to regulate the use of drone technology
- how law enforcement and the FAA are working in tandem to ensure safe and lawful use of drone technology
PRESENTERS:
Matthew A. Mishak, Esq.
“I’ve been interested and involved with unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) (aka drone technology) since 2008 and have a passion for
all things UAS. My interests range from the robust and developing field of UAS law and policy to the design and manufacturing of
UAS from the ground up. I’m inspired by the incredible potential of UAS to revive the economy, especially within the “rust-belt”
regions of Ohio. To this end, I enjoy teaching, helping to build a knowledgeable local community around UAS – one of the most
transformative new technologies of our lifetime.”
